What's for dinner?

I would bet that you have been asked this question countless times. Here is what I am asking of you.
I am asking you to send me 5 of your favorite dinner menus.
I told you before that I am working on my new website and I am including an area for dinner ideas.
I'm looking for generally healthy meals, simple, and cost effective for young families.
Can you help me?

You'll see mine on the new website.

Chicken Ceasar Salad
1 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic pressed
put garlic in olive oil and let it set all day.
2-3 heads hearts of romaine
2 chicken breasts grilled and shredded
croutons
grated romano cheese
We also add in grape tomatoes/grilled corn or any other yummy we have laying around. Keep the romaine cold and be ready to eat it as so as you mix it.

I would love to help you with this, but I am not the most domestic person in the kitchen. I usually wait until about 30 mins for dinner then try to scrounge something up. I am looking forward to your compilation!

Grilled Chicken
Roasted Baby Reds
Asparagus
Salad

Boneless, skinless chicken, marinated 30 minutes or less in olive oil with a light season rub (spice section, various flavors). Grill on med-high heat.

Chopped Baby (or just) Red Potatoes tossed in olive oil. Spread out on a fairly flat baking dish or sheet, season with mixture of salt, pepper, basil, thyme maybe some paprika. About 35 minutes depending on size.

Steam asparagus, butter and season to taste.

Salad as you like it.

One of my fav's! The other is same chicken, brown rice, banana squash and zucchini and salad.
